Goodies with Grandparents’ Day – Tuesday, 20 October 2026, 10.40am - 11.20am
We warmly invite our Meadows grandparents and grandfriends to join us for Goodies with Grandparents’ Day on Tuesday 20 October 2026. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a morning tea from 10.40am - 11.20am. This special event is a wonderful opportunity for our students to celebrate and connect with the important people in their lives. Whole School Performance – Thursday, 22 October 2026, 10.00am and 12.30pm Performance
Our Whole School Performance, Rock Around, a Very Big Clock, is coming up next term, Week 2! The performance will take our audience on a musical journey through different decades, styles, films, and popular music, with 15 classes from Kindergarten to Year 6 taking part.
The concert will be held on Thursday, 22 October (Term 4, Week 2), with two performances scheduled for 10.00 am and 12.30 pm. Tickets are now on sale through School Bytes at $5 per person, with a maximum of two tickets per family initially. If additional seats remain available, more tickets may be released closer to the performance.

Kindergarten Orientation – Thursday, 5 November 2026, Session 1: 2.00–3.00pm
We are excited to welcome our newest Meadows learners and their families for our last Kindergarten Orientation session on Thursday 5 November 2026. Students will take part in classroom activities and we invite parents to stay for the parent information session.
Please arrive at the K-2 Cola for a 2:00am start.
Session 2 will take place on Thursday 12 November - 9am-10.30am.
Session 3 will take place on Thursday - 9am - 10.30am. Students will receive their library bags and other goodies to get them off to a great start for 2027..
P&C Christmas Stall – Tuesday, 8 December 2026
Our P&C will be holding their annual Christmas Stall on Tuesday 25 November 2025. Students will be able to purchase a range of affordable gifts for family and friends, with prices ranging from $1 to $10.
Classes will visit the stall throughout the day. Students are encouraged to bring a labelled bag to safely take their gifts home.

Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held every term in the school staff room. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
Kindy Graduation Day & Presentation Day – Thursday, 10 December 2026
Our annual Presentation Day assemblies will celebrate student achievement across academic, sporting and citizenship areas.
There will be separate Infants and Primary assemblies, with exact times to be confirmed and communicated with families closer to the date.
Kindy Graduation will also take place at 2.15pm in the hall on the same day.
P&C Christmas Raffle – Drawn Friday, 11 December 2026
The Meadows P&C Christmas Raffle is our major fundraiser for the year. Funds raised directly support improvements to student learning environments and essential resources across the school. Raffle tickets will be sent home with students, with additional books available from the office. The raffle will be drawn on Friday 11 December 2026, with winners announced via our newsletter and Facebook page.
Year 6 Graduation Assembly – Tuesday, 15 December 2026
We invite our community to join us as we celebrate the achievements of our Year 6 students at their Graduation Assembly on Tuesday 15 December 2026 at 9:00am, This special event acknowledges their leadership, growth and contributions to The Meadows as they prepare for high school. Details regarding seating will be sent home via Schoolbytes.
Student v's teacher soccer game and Year 6 Clap out – Thursday, 17 December 2026.
Students will participate in a fun, soccer game versing the teachers to celebrate the end of the year. This will take place on Thursday 17 December 2026. We look forward to a vibrant afternoon of fun, fitness and community spirit.
Just before the end of the day, the whole school will come together to farewell Year 6 in the TMPS way.
More information will be sent home closer to the day.
