School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Grandparents’ Day – Wednesday 19 November 2025, 1:50–2:50pm

We warmly invite our Meadows grandparents and grandfriends to join us for Grandparents’ Day on Wednesday 19 November 2025. Visitors are welcome to enjoy an afternoon tea followed by a fun session of bingo with the students from 1:50–2:50pm. This special event is a wonderful opportunity for our students to celebrate and connect with the important people in their lives. RSVP via Schoolbytes.

Kindergarten Orientation – Thursday 20 November 2025, 9:00–10:30am

We are excited to welcome our newest Meadows learners and their families for our last Kindergarten Orientation session on Thursday 20 November 2025. Students will take part in classroom activities and receive their library bags and other goodies. Please arrive at the K-2 Cola for a 9:00am start.

P&C Christmas Stall – Tuesday 25 November 2025

Our P&C will be holding their annual Christmas Stall on Tuesday 25 November 2025. Students will be able to purchase a range of affordable gifts for family and friends, with prices ranging from $1 to $10.
Classes will visit the stall throughout the day. Students are encouraged to bring a labelled bag to safely take their gifts home.

Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held every term in the school staff room. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.

Presentation Day – Thursday 11 December 2025

Our annual Presentation Day assemblies will celebrate student achievement across academic, sporting and citizenship areas.
There will be separate Infants and Primary assemblies, with exact times to be confirmed and communicated with families closer to the date.

P&C Christmas Raffle – Drawn Friday 12 December 2025

The Meadows P&C Christmas Raffle is our major fundraiser for the year. Funds raised directly support improvements to student learning environments and essential resources across the school. Raffle tickets will be sent home with students, with additional books available from the office. The raffle will be drawn on Friday 12 December 2025, with winners announced via our newsletter and Facebook page.

Year 6 Graduation Assembly – Wednesday 17 December 2025

We invite our community to join us as we celebrate the achievements of our Year 6 students at their Graduation Assembly on Wednesday 17 December 2025 at 9:00am, This special event acknowledges their leadership, growth and contributions to The Meadows as they prepare for high school. Details regarding seating have been sent home via Schoolbytes.

Colour Run – Thursday 18 December 2025, 1:50–2:50pm

Our Colour Run will take place on Thursday 18 December 2025 from 1:50–2:50pm on the top field. Students will participate in a fun, colourful obstacle course to celebrate the end of the year. Families can register their child through our Colour Run fundraising platform myprofilepage.com.au. Students who have already set up a profile do not need to register again. We look forward to a vibrant afternoon of fun, fitness and community spirit.
